The collaboration between LAT and its community partners strengthens the workforce system by aligning resources and services to better meet the needs of job seekers and employers. Together, we create a coordinated network that enhances access to training, education, and employment opportunities. These partnerships ensure a comprehensive approach to workforce development, maximizing the impact on our local communities.
LWC: The Louisiana Workforce Commission is committed to helping individuals achieve career success by offering job training, employment resources, and support services. Their goal is to enhance workforce development and connect people with meaningful job opportunities.
DCFS: Louisiana DCFS provides vital support to families through a range of services, including financial assistance (including SNAP and TANF programs), child protection, and more. Their mission is to strengthen communities by offering resources and aid to those families facing challenges.
Fletcher: Fletcher Technical Community College offers a range of educational programs (healthcare, construction and industry, business, etc.) and support services designed to empower students and foster career growth.
Inter-Tribal Council of Louisiana: The Intertribal Council of Louisiana provides vital support services to Native American communities across the state, including education, health care, and economic development programs. Through their initiatives, they empower tribes to preserve cultural heritage and enhance community well-being.
Capital Area Agency on Aging: The Capital Area Agency on Aging delivers crucial support services to seniors, promoting their independence and quality of life. Their programs include meal services, transportation, and health resources tailored to meet the needs of the aging population.

Terrebonne Parish Adult Education (Work Ready U): Terrebonne Parish Adult Education Services offers accessible educational programs to help adults improve their literacy, earn high school equivalency diplomas, and gain valuable job skills.
YouthBuild: YouthBuild Houma empowers young people through education, job training, and leadership development, helping them build brighter futures. By providing skills in construction and other industries, they enable participants to transform their lives and contribute positively to their communities.
LRS: Louisiana Rehabilitation Services provides tailored support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve independence and secure meaningful employment. Through vocational training, counseling, and other resources, they empower clients to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
